From project management to graphic design, I balance the backend development with front end users to ensure we can all meet our goals. Setting realistic expectations at the start of a project can not only ensure success for the team but boost moral when we exceed our goals.
As a designer I am always looking for alternative perspectives. New ways to think about design, new strategies for content engagement, and alternative ideas on what is working, or not working. As a creative in the communications field I take pride being able to translate these perspectives into work that the whole team can get behind.
